摘    要:由于炉内热量不足、顶温低、干法除尘无法及时投运,给休风后炉况的快速恢复带来不同程度的影响。为此,通过加强休风前的准备,确保炉况顺行、炉温充沛,采取全风温、快速加风、早喷煤等措施,炉况得到快速安全恢复。

Abstract:Due to insufficent furnace heat and low top temperature, cloth dedust could not run timely, which brought influence in restoring opertion of blast furnace conditions after blow-off. So, a series of measures were adopted, sush as, strengthening preparation and furnaca heat is enough bcfor damping-dowt, keeping blast funce regular working ,using whole wind temperature, raising wind fast, pubverizing coal injection early. Then the furnace conditions were restored rapidly and safely.
