基于PLC和模糊PID控制的恒压供水系统设计

摘    要:为解决给洗衣机进水电磁阀性能测试生产线提供基准恒压水源的问题,设计并实现了由PLC、模糊PID调节仪和变频器等组成的低压精密恒压供水系统。分析了恒压供水系统的原理,给出了系统的硬件电路图和软件设计方案。经实际运行证明,该系统能为被测电磁阀提供0.01-0.05Mpa水压,流量为0.6-30 L/min连续可调的基准测试水压。系统控制简单、可靠性高、保护功能完善、自动控制程度高,有广阔的应用前景和推广价值。

Abstract:In order to supply reference constant pressure water for electromagnetic valve performance test of the washing machine, We design a water supply system that consists of PLC,fuzzy PID and frequency converter,and has precision and constant low pressure. In this paper,the principle,hardware circuit diagram and software design scheme of the system are introduced.Practice has proved that the system can supply the electromagnetic valve performance test continuous adjustable reference constant water pressure with 0.01-0.05 Mpa water pressure,0.6-30L/min flow.The system is easily controlled and it has high reliability,good protecting performance and high automation,so it has wide application future and popularization value.
