摘    要:对LNG原料气脱水、脱硫方法进行了研究,对三甘醇脱水、固体干燥剂脱水、分子筛脱水进行了比较,阐述了物理脱硫法的优缺点。目标是避免低温下水与烃类冻结而堵塞设备和管道,提高天然气的热值,满足气体质量标准;保证天然气在生冷条件下液化装置能增产运行:避免腐蚀性杂质腐蚀管道及设备。

Abstract:Dehydration and desulphurization methods for LNG raw gas were studied. TEG dehydration,solid desiccant dehydration and molecular sieve dehydration were compared, advantages and disadvantages of physical desulfurization were analyzed. Goal is to avoid the freezing of water and hydrocarbon that may plug equipment and pipelines at low temperatures, increase heat value of natural gas to meet air quality standards, ensure that natural gas liquefaction plant can normally run under cold conditions, avoid corrosion of corrosive impurities to pipes and equipment.
