| Abstract: | Study on material for special sprayed concrete has been made for the purpose of improvement of sprayed concrete quality and expanding its application.There are silica fume concrete,steel fibre-silica fume concrete,expansive silica fume concrete and steel expansive silica fume concrete.Test results showed that the special sprayed concrete significantly improves its workability,reduces its coefficient of elastic recovery and allows to plastering after spraying.Special sprayed concrete has the compression strength of 30-40MPa,bending strength 3-4MPa and cohesion with old concrete 1-1.5MPa.The special sprayed concrete has also the features of low air shrinkage,high fracture resistance,high abrasion resistance and freezing-thawing resistance.The special sprayed concrete can be used for underground structuers,deep-cut slope strengthening,reinforced concrete structure strengthening,speedy repairing of old concrete surface and antiseepage cushion of faced dam. |
