模具钢激光表面强化研究

摘    要:用大功率CO2激光器对CrWMn钢表面进行激光强化处理,对激光淬火层的组织进行了分析,对淬火层的硬度进行了测试。结果表明,激光淬火层组织显著细化,硬度明显高于基体硬度。通过正交试验和极差分析,系统考察了激光强化工艺参数对CrWMn钢基体显微硬度的影响,获得了最佳强化处理工艺参数,并讨论了激光表面强化机理。

Abstract:Using high-power CO2 laser to carry on the surface enhanced laser processing for CrWMn steel,this paper analyzes the microstructure of laser quenching layer and tests the hardness of laser quenching layer.The results indicate that the microstructure of laser quenching layer is refined remarkably,and the hardness is higher than the base obviously.And through the orthogonal experiment and range analysis,this paper studies the effect of laser strengthening technology parameters to the micro-hardness of the CrW...
