摘    要:蓄热式换热器是一种利用烟气余热来预热助燃空气的关键设备。由于其内部复杂的传热特性,从单个球状蓄热体非稳态传热过程的特点入手,利用计算机编程对其进行了特定参数下的数值计算,并根据计算结果作图、理论分析,得出了不同参数对其各种指标的影响规律,为今后的应用提供了理论基础。

Abstract:Regenerative heat exchanger is an important equipment which utilize the heat of the waste gas to preheat combustion-supporting air.For the inner heat transfer performance of it,because of its complexity,the unsteady heat transfer process characteristics of the single ball regenerator was studied first,then derived the calculation formula and used the computer to calculate the process under some certain parameters,drawn figures and analyzed them,found out the different parameters's effects on its indexes,provided theoretic basis for future practical application.
