摘    要:对两种不同工艺生产的 2 0MnSi热轧带肋钢筋力学性能工序能力进行对比 ,分析表明 ,六轧厂由于轧制工序条件变化 ,造成力学性能σs、σb 工序能力偏高 ;δ5工序能力偏低 ,出现严重失衡 ,提出从调整钢的化学成分控制范围解决力学性能综合工序能力失衡的途径 .

Abstract:Comparison of process capability on mechanical properties between the ribbed steel bars (20MnSi) produced by different technology has been carried out. Analysis results illustrated that condition change in rolling process at No.6 rolling works had led to the mechanical properties of yield strength, tensile strength slight higher and elongation percentage slight lower resulted from process capability variation, thus arised a serious out of balance. The present paper proposes the method to solve the problems of losing balance in overall process capability by adjusting range control of steel composition.
