含油污泥的无害化和资源化研究

摘    要:在对马寨含油污泥成分分析的基础上,用固化的方法对马寨含油污泥进行无害化和资源化研究。加入水硬性固化剂,将含油污泥中的油、硫化物、有机和无机有害物质固化包裹在惰性固化基材中,大幅度降低了含油污泥中有害离子及有机物对环境的污染。固化后的固化体抗压强度接近国家一级烧结砖的标准,能满足部分建筑用砖要求,实现了马寨含油污泥的资源化利用。

Abstract:The oily sludge form Mazhai Oilfield was treated by solidifying technology based on analytical data of the oily sludge. The oil, sulfide, organic and inorganic injurants in the oily sludge were enwrapped in an inert material by adding hydraulical curing agents and the pollution to environment was decreased greathy. The compressive strength of the solidifying body of the oily sludge was close to national standard of No. 1 sintered brick.
