烟气脱硫系统的设计优化

摘    要:阐述了发电厂烟气脱硫(FGD)系统基本设计的优化,介绍了怎样从节能、自动化、设备安全性等方面对电厂FGD系统进行优化,分析了液气比、钙硫比、浆液的pH值、浆液停留时间及石膏过饱和度等对FGD脱硫率的影响,以及对这些FGD影响脱硫率的关键参数的选取.

Abstract:The optimization for the basic design of flue gas desulphurization(FGD) system in power plant is introduced.Specifically,it presents the way of how to optimize the FGD system in terms of energy saving,automation,equipment security,etc.Moreover,an analysis is given to the effects of the following factors to the FGD efficiency:liquid/gas ratio,Ca/S ratio,pH value of the slurry,the retention time of the slurry as well as supersaturation of the gypsum.And in addition,the selection of the above mentioned parameters related to FGD efficiency id discussed.
