| 摘 要： | 本文在分析先进制造系统特点的基础上，给出了一种基于MAS的车间控制系统结构模型，讨论了模型中不同智能体的功能与作用。并利用开放式数控系统和Intranet组成的DCN系统具有硬件成本低、软件开发费用少、性能好等优点，在该体系结构的基础上构造了一种网络车间制造系统。

| Abstract: | After anatomizing the advanced manufacturing system, a shop floor control system architecture model based on multi-agent under advanced manufacturing environments is proposed in the paper, which comprises of shop agent, task agent, and facility agent. Functions and behavior of these three kinds of agent are discussed in detail. And based on the architecture, the DCN shop manufacturing system, which has many characteristic of hardware with low costs, software with low development expenses and good performance et , is implemented utilizing CNC and intranet. |
