永坪炼油厂催化裂化装置MIP工艺技术应用

摘    要:永坪炼油厂Ⅱ套催化裂化MIP装置于2004年4月8日开工一次成功,属首家在国内新建催化裂化装置上应用该工艺并投产,现已平稳运行了5年。通过近几年的生产实践和技术改造,摸索出适应MIP工艺技术的操作参数,确定掌握了影响汽油烯烃的因素和操作要点,使汽油中烯烃含量由45%~50%降低至30%~32%,辛烷值(RON)保持在89.5~90,汽柴液总液收可达到83%~84%。

Abstract:A successful start of Yong-Ping refinery FCC MIP Ⅱ sets were installed in April 8,2004,which was the first in the domestic application of new catalytic cracking unit of the process and put into production,it is smooth run of 5 years.Through the last few years of production practices and technology,and explore the MIP technology to adapt to the operating parameters,the olefin content in gasoline from 45%~50% to 30%~32%,octane number(RON) maintained at 89.5~90,the total fluid collection of gasoline-diesel fuel liquid can reach 83%~84%.
