云南斑铜的生产工艺研究

详细论述了斑铜生产工艺中的几个关键步骤,重点研究了熔炼过程中合金成分、模具的材质以及斑铜显斑着色液对斑铜斑纹的影响,初步找到了影响斑纹的规律.结果表明,当斑铜中Zn的质量分数达到6%时得到的斑纹大小比较理想;采用砂模浇注可以得到不规则斑纹,而采用铁模浇铸可以得到颗粒状斑纹;显斑着色液对斑铜斑纹几乎没有影响.

Producing Techniques of Yunnan Variegated Copperware

Yunnan variegated copperware is a unique folk art in the Yunnan province.The key processes to produce variegated copperware are described,and the effects of alloy components,materials of cast mould and emergent and coloring agent on the variegated pattern were paid attention to.The factors influencing the variegated copperware were presented.The results demonstrate that the desirable variegated pattern can be observed with 6% Zn content in the variegated copperware.The irregular variegated pattern can be formed in sand mold casting while particle variegated pattern can be observed in the permanent mold.In addition,the variegated copperware is almost independent on the emergent and coloring agent.
