摘    要:湿天然气输送技术的应用,可使处于海洋、沙漠、戈壁、滩海等恶劣环境下的凝析气田的操作人员和开采费用下降。在实际运行中,湿天然气在输送管道中存在气液两相,因此管道中的流动总是处于慢瞬变流动状态。文章从流体力学的基本规律出发,建立了描述湿天然气管道输送调峰工况下瞬变流的数学模型方程,并对模型方程作了简化处理,设计了具体的计算思路。根据输送边界条件,给出了动态模型方程的数值计算方法、管道离散格式、参数存储

Abstract:The application of the wet natural gas transmission technique enables the operators and producing cost of gas condensate field development in the adverse circumstance,such as ocean,desert,Gobi and seabeach,etc.to be reduced.The wet natural gas in transmission pipeline assumes two phase of gas and liquid,so its flowing always assumes a slow transient flow state.In this paper,starting from the basic law of fluid mechanics,a mathematical model equation for describing the transient flow of the wet gas in the pipeline under peak shaving operation is established,a simplified treatment for the model equation is made and a train of thought for concrete calculation is designed.Based on the transmission boundary condition,the calculation method of the numerical value of the dynamic model equation,the discrete form of the pipeline,the storage method of the parameters and the difference equation are given out.The pressure at every point along the pipeline,the gas-liquid phase flow rate and the law of the liquid holdup in the pipeline changing with time in the process of gas storage and supply at the time of peak shaving are simulatively calculated,and based on this,the problem on peak shaving is thoroughly analyzed by combining with the existing Pinghu-Shanghai gas pipeline in China.
