5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-羧(磺)酸酯类化合物的合成及生物活性

摘    要:以2-羟基-5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并1,5-a]嘧啶为原料,与杂环和苯环取代的(磺)酰氯化合物进行酯化反应,制备得到三唑并嘧啶类羧(磺)酸酯类化合物ZJUT-7。化合物ZJUT-7经^1H NMR和MS确定,并对其进行了初步生物活性测试。

Abstract:Triazole-(1,5-a)-pyrimidin-2-yl-5,7-dimethyl carboxylic acid esters and sulfonic acid esters Z JUT 1-7 were synthesized by esterification of heterocyclic compounds and aromatic compounds with triazole-2- hydroxy-5,7-dimethyl-(1,5-a)-pyrimidine. Their structures were confirmed by ^1H NMR and MS, and their preliminary biological activity were tested.
