自由锻CAPP专家系统的研究

摘    要:针对自由锻手工编制工艺难以实现工艺文件规范化,不便于存储和检索等缺点,研发了基于知识库和推理机的自由锻CAPP系统。该系统由零件信息录入模块,锻造工艺知识和行业规范存储模块,锻造工艺决策优化模块,工艺数据合成及工艺卡片输出模块4个主要部分构成,专家系统在工艺决策优化模块中得到集中体现,是整个CAPP的核心,它根据锻件基本类型创建独立的知识库和推理性,推理机从相应的知识库中提取数据,按照推理策略对原始信息进行加工,获得最终工艺参数,最后以台阶轴的工艺编制为实例,阐述了专家系统的实现方法。

Abstract:The process cards arranged and made by manual work are very difficult to insure the unification, hard to save and search them, the new free forging CAPP system base on knowledge database and reasoning engine are presented. This CAPP system composes by 4 parts of basic information input module, forging knowledge and criterion saving module, decision-making and process optimizing module, process cards output module. Expert system plays an important role in this CAPP, which embodied in the third module. It sets up individual knowledge base and reasoning engine according to the forging type. The reason engine gets information from related knowledge base. After processing such information, the reasoning engine gets the final data. Finally, the realization methods of expert system was expatiated taken process cards of sidestep axle as an example.
