CaO-Al2O3-MgO三元渣对钢液洁净度影响的研究

摘    要:由于Al的烧损,炉渣中w(Al2O3)明显增加,w(CaO)明显降低,而w(MgO)降低幅度不大.通过CaO-Al2O3-MgO渣系对钢液洁净度影响的实验表明,钢液中硫含量基本呈先降低后增加的趋势,钢液中氮和氧的含量基本呈降低的趋势,与溶解速率实验的结果基本相符,炉渣成分为50%CaO-45%Al2O3-5%MgO时脱氧速率常数最大.

Abstract:With the burning loss of Al element,the content of Al2O3 in slag increases significantly.Meanwhile,w(CaO) drops dramatically and w(MgO) reduces slightly.The effect of CaO-Al2O3-MgO slag system on liquid steel purity shows that:w(S) in liquid steel tend to drop at the beginning and then increase; the content of N] and O] in liquid steel are basically reducing.The result above is in accordance with that of dissolution rate experiment.When the slag composition is 50%CaO-45%Al2O3-5%MgO,the biggest constant ofdeoxidation rate will be obtained.
