摘    要:应用Fuzzy理论设计变电站电压无功综合控制系统,确定Fuzzy控制器输入、输出控制量的模糊集合和论域及对应的隶属度函数,并给出Fuzzy控制器的规则库。仿真结果表明,Fuzzy控制的变电站电压无功综合调节系统能有效地提高电压合格率,改善功率因数,其控制性能优于传统九区图控制,能够较好地满足变电站经济安全运行的要求。

Abstract:Fuzzy theory is applied to an integrated control system of voltage and reactive power in a substation.Aggregates and domains and membership functions of the maininput and output parameters of the fuzzy controller are educed.The rule library of fuzzy controller is gived out.Simulation shows that the int egrated control system based on fuzzy controller can improve the conformity of t he voltage greatly and reduce the action degree of the regulating equipments.It s control performance is better than the nine-area control and can satisfy the economical and safe running requirement of modern substation.
