内电极和均压环配置法优化复合绝缘子的沿面电场和电位分布

摘    要:对复合绝缘子的电场和电位分布进行了研究,提出了优化复合绝缘子电场和电位分布的内电极和均压环配置法。该方法是在复合绝缘子的玻璃纤维芯棒两端内嵌细金属内电极;导线侧配置内电极和均压环,而杆塔侧仅配置内电极。在复合绝缘子的导线侧,内电极、金具和均压环之间形成低电场区,降低了该部分绝缘承担的电位分布。在杆塔侧,内电极与杆塔侧金具等电位,内电极所伸入、涵盖的绝缘处于内电极与杆塔侧金具形成的轴向低电场区,降低了该部分绝缘承担的电位;而内电极尖端及以下形成较高电场,抬升了内电极尖端以下的部分绝缘所承担的电压。仿真和试验研究均表明,内电极和均压环配置法能有效地提高均压装置的均压、屏蔽和导弧效果,抑制绝缘子的电晕放电和电蚀损,并实现复合绝缘子的电场和电场分布较大程度的均匀化。而且该方法具有节省金属资源、减少现场安装工作量等优势。
