深层搅拌法喷浆桩与喷粉桩的比较

摘    要:对深层搅拌法喷浆桩、喷粉桩的施工工艺进行了分析;从适用范围、加固效果、固结体性质、工程造价、环境保护等方面进行了论述。指出采用喷浆桩,可使粉体与低含水量土质胶结良好,能提高桩间土的密实度和单桩承载力,还可以掺入添加剂,改善水泥土的性能;喷浆桩的整体性、均匀度和强度均得到提高,说明深层搅拌法喷浆桩优于喷粉桩。

Abstract:The construction technologies of deep bed stirring method gunite pile and jet powder pile are analyzed. From the range of application, reinforcing effect, the character of solidified body, engineering cost, environmental protection and other aspects are discussed. The paper points out that using gunite stake can require good cementation between powder and soil with low moisture and density and bearing strength of single stake are increased. In addition additive is mixed in to improve cement property. The integrity, homogenization and intensity of gunite stake are all increased. The conclusion that deep bed stirring method gunite pile is better than jet powder pile is made.
