摘    要:利用可靠性方法,通过限定的动载系数值,计算螺旋锥齿轮的齿距极限偏差,进而确定相应的精度,达到基本能预控轮式工程机械驱动桥主减速器的内部动载荷的目的,这种方法克服了常规设计中,工作平稳性精度选择的局限性缺点。末还进行了实例计算。

Abstract:Using the reliability method and through specified dynamic load factor, the tolerance limits of tooth pilch of the helical bevel gear is determined and then the corresponding accuracy to reach the goal of pre-control in principle the internal dynamic load of the main reducer in drive axle for wheel type constiuction machines. This method overcame the restriction in the accuracy selection of work smoothness in conventional design. Actual calculation is also presented on the end of the article.
