| 摘 要： | 以吉化三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）为主要原料，开发出符合铁道部规定的TKTJ9904－1标准的铁路橡胶套靴及轨枕垫板基本配方和基本工艺，并已在河北某橡胶厂实现工业化生产。结果表明，该配方各项性能优良，稳定性好，并且原材料成本较低，完全可以在国内同类生产厂家推广使用。

| Abstract: | Using Jilin Chemical Industry Corporation EPDM as main material ,basic formulation and basic process of railway rubber coat boot and pad meeting the TKTJ 9904-1 standard of railway department are developed.It has industrially produced in HeBei rubber plant .The result of experiment shows that the various properties and stability of the formulation are excellent;and the cost of raw materials is lower .It may popularize and use in the domestic manufacturer of the same kind. |
