基于多目标优化最佳小波包算法的PD信号压缩和重构

摘    要:根据多目标函数优化的理论 ,提出了基于多目标优化最佳小波包算法的局部放电 (PD)信号压缩和重构方法 ,该方法能在误差范围内通过优化自动地调节各个节点的压缩阈值 ,并对压缩效果评价指标进行多目标优化 ,从而获得最佳的压缩效果。通过对模拟 PD信号的压缩试验表明 ,所提出的压缩方法能在获得较大压缩比的同时不失真地重构原信号 ,是一种有效的 PD信号压缩和重构方法。

Abstract:A new method for compression and reconstruction of partial discharge signals based on optimal wavelet packets algorithm combining with multiobjective optimization is presented.The best compression effect can be obtained by adjusting the threshold of every node and multiobjective optimization of evaluating index for data compression when the error limitation is selected.The compression results of simulative PD signals show that the best compression rate can be obtained while original signal can be reconstructed without distortion.The method is an effective method for compression and reconstruction of partial discharge signals.
