摘    要:应用棒状薄层色谱,核磁共振,凝胶渗透色谱等手段,研究了石家庄炼油厂所产催化裂化油浆和兖州煤加氢共处理所得的重质产物的组成,结构和相对分子质量的变化规律。结果表明,随着反应温度的升高,重质产物的芳香度增大,芳环上取代基碳链减短,平均相对分子质量减小,分布变窄。共处理重质产物可以用来制备高等级道路沥青。

Abstract:The composition and properties of heavy toluene soluble fraction (HTSF) from hydro coprocessing of Yanzhou coal (YZc) and catalytic cracking slurry oil (CCSO) were studied by using thin layer chromatography (TLC), nuclear magnetic resonance ( 1H NMR) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The effects of reaction conditions on TLC composition, structural parameters and mean relative molecular mass of HTSF were investigated. The results showed that the group composition of HTSF was similar to commercial high grade paving asphalt and HTSF could be used to make high grade paving asphalt. With the increase of temperature, the mean relative molecular mass of HTSF decreased, and relative molecular mass distribution narrowed,meanwhile, the aromaticity increased and the average carbon number per alkyl side chain decreased.
