| 摘 要： | 通过对安全哲学在安全管理中的地位及发展过程的研究，达到正确认识人-机械-环境-管理这个系统中存在的危险，进而研究人-物-能量-信息的安全系统论、安全控制论和安全信息论等现代工业安全原理，有效地控制危险，消除危险，防止危险的转化。

| Abstract: | Through study on the development and role of safety philosophy in safety management,we can identify perils existing in the human-mechanic -environment-management system.Through further study on the following modern industry safety theories:human-material-energy-infor- mation safety system theory,safety control theory, and safety information theory,perils can be con- trolled,eliminated and peril transition can be pre- vented. |
