继往开来求实创新做好新时期江河水利志编修工作

盛世修志。2001年至2006年年底，水利部成立江河水利志工作指导委员会并组织指导完成了第一轮江河水利志的修编工作，硕果累累、精品纷呈、价值凸显，同时培养了大批修志人才。针对第一轮江河水利志修编工作的评价与问题探讨，分析新时期的形势和任务，提出继往开来、求实创新做好江河水利志修编工作的要求。

Making efforts to edit and revise the Annals of the Rivers

From 2001 to the end of 2006, the Steering Committee for the Annals of the Rivers established by the Ministry of Water Resources had been worked on the first round of editing and revision of the Annals of the Rivers. Great achievements have been made. On the basis of assessment of the draft of the Annals of the Rivers and relevant issues, new situation and tasks are explored, It is requested to carry on the past and open a way for the future so as to better off work of editing and revision of the Annals of the Rivers.
