基于卓越绩效模式的建筑工程质量管理研究

近年来，施工单位在建筑工程质量管理上有了很大提升，但是仍然存在质量事故。为了提高施工单位的质量管理水平，保持施工单位在经济全球化和知识经济时代中的竞争力，通过对建筑工程质量管理现状进行分析，充分考虑建筑工程特点及影响工程质量的因素，探讨了卓越绩效模式应用于施工单位质量管理的合理性。结合卓越绩效模式的基本思想和卓越绩效评价准则，构建了适用于施工单位的质量管理模型，完善了质量管理系统。并且搭建了质量管理信息共享平台，为施工单位提供了一套质量管理方案。有利于施工单位对建筑工程进行全过程、全方位的质量管理，能够帮助施工单位不断改进、追求卓越。

Research on Quality Management of Construction Project Based on the Perspective of Construction Unit

In recent years，construction enterprises have been greatly improved in the quality management of construction project， but there are still some quality accidents. In order to improve the quality management level of the construction enterprises，maintain the construction enterprises’ competitiveness in economic globalization and knowledge economy，this study analyses the present situations of quality management in construction engineering，fully considers the characteristics of construction engineering and the factors which affect the quality of the architectural engineering，and discusses the feasibility of the performance excellence model applied in construction engineering quality management. Combined with the basic ideas of the performance excellence model and the excellence performance evaluation criteria，this paper puts up a quality management model for the construction enterprises to improve the quality management system，and sets up an information sharing platform of quality management to provide a set of quality management plans for construction enterprises. This scheme is good for the construction enterprises because the scheme proposes a whole process and an all-round quality management for the construction project，which can also help the construction enterprises to improve constantly，and assist the company to pursue excellence continuously.
