构建建筑企业多元化战略评价指标体系,建立层次结构模型,并通过构造判断矩阵计算评价体系各级指标的权重;结合专家评分确定的二级指标分值,计算建筑企业的多元化战略的得分,以此作为其多元化战略评价或决策的依据;最后,以某大型建筑施工企业为例,向其提供多元化战略的建议决策。

Research on Evaluation of Diversification Strategy of Construction Enterprise

The paper builds evaluation index system of diversification strategy of construction enterprise. Then,establishes the hierarchical structure model to gain the index weight,computes the evaluation scores that construction enterprise adopts diversification strategy by combining scores of second index determined by expert evaluation,and takes it as the basis for evaluation and decision-making for construction enterprise to adopt diversification strategy or not. Finally,takes a large-scale construction enterprise for an example,provides suggestions for diversification strategy.
