摘    要:地铁项目作为大型的基础设施项目,进度管控措施涉及的层次多、范围广,而土建工程作为地铁项目后续工程的基础,其进度管控需重点加强。针对目前国内常见的地铁施工总承包项目管理模式,根据其具有的特点,结合既有项目进度控制措施,分析地铁项目土建施工进度管控的要点,研究保证施工进度的具体措施。在此基础上,提出了前期工程推进、技术保障措施、内部接口管理、出图计划管理、考核奖励机制5个方面为地铁土建施工进度管控的重点,并给出了相应的建议或对策,可供相关工程参考。

Key Schedule Control Points of Civil Works Construction for Metro under General Contracting Model
Abstract:The measures of schedule control for metro project involves to multiple levels and wide range. Moreover,as the basis of the subsequent engineering of metro project,the schedule control of civil works should be specially strengthen. According to the characteristics of construction contract model on metro project well-known in domestic currently,and combined with existed schedule control measures,the control points of civil construction schedule were analyzed. Meanwhile,the concrete measures assured construction schedule were researched. Five key points were concluded, including front works loaded,technical insurance measures,internal interface management,blueprint plan management and assessment reward system. Countermeasures were provided. It can provide a reference for practical projects.
