| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of parallel sub-contracting,general contracting and general contracting + special sub-contracting model. Then,takes the project of the third phase of Shanghai No.8 subway as an example,analyzes the possible problems,the corresponding solutions and the resulted effects with general contracting + special sub-contracting model applied in the rail transit project. |
