我国建筑业信用管理研究现状与展望

为总结我国建筑业信用管理的发展历程和研究热点,通过数据库分析和文献分析回顾我国建筑业信用管理的研究现状。我国建筑业信用管理研究主要集中在建筑信用基础研究、建筑信用理论研究、信用评价体系、信用评价方法和实际问题探究5个方面,研究重点由基础研究、理论研究向评价体系、评价方法过渡。同时结合对主要省市的调研结果,提出我国建筑业信用管理未来研究方向,包括:对信用评价方法进行有针对性的改进和整合,对建筑企业信用评价体系进行分类别、分行业的细化,从企业信用评价向个人信用评价过渡,加强企业信用平台的信息整合和用途多样化。

Research of Credit Management in Chinese Construction Industry: Current Situation and Future Directions

In order to summarize the development course and research hotspots of credit management in Chinese construction industry,this study reviews the current study situation of credit management in Chinese construction industry through database analysis and literature analysis. The research of credit management in Chinese construction industry focus on the basic research of construction credit,the theoretical study of construction credit,the evaluation system of construction credit,the evaluation method of construction credit and practice explosion. The research focus turns from basic research and theoretical study to evaluation system and evaluation method. Combined with the survey results,this study proposes the further research direction of the credit management in Chinese construction industry,such as improving and integrating of credit evaluation methods,classifying the evaluation system by industry,paying more attention to personal credit evaluation instead of corporate credit evaluation,and enhancing the integration of the information of enterprise credit platform.
