Research on Building Project Cost Composition of Industrial Model

The development model and process flow between industrial building and traditional building are different,so the thinking and scope of the measurement and valuation for industrial building have changed. This paper attempts to discuss the project cost composition and valuation thinking of the industrial building,compares the project cost with traditional building,and puts forward the development proposal of industrial building project cost,in order to provide reference for accurately calculating the industrial building.
