EPC 模式下项目融资风险管理研究

随着工程总承包市场竞争的日益激烈，承包商的资金实力成为其中标的核心竞争力，带资承包成为工程总承包发展的一个主要特点，项目融资成为总承包商筹集EPC 项目所需资金的重要方式。EPC 项目投资额度大、回收期长的特点使得融资存在较大风险，如何应对融资风险是总承包企业发展过程中亟待解决的问题。针对EPC 模式下的项目融资风险，借鉴风险管理方法，对融资风险因素进行识别、评估，并提出相应的风险防范措施，将EPC 项目融资风险管理过程应用至实务案例中，验证风险管理过程的可行性及科学性，以期为项目融资决策提供依据和参考。

Project Financing Risk Management Under EPC Mode

With the increasingly fierce competition in EPC general contracting market,the financial strength of the general contractor has becoming a core competitiveness when bidding. Contracting with capital becomes a main feature of EPC,and project finance becomes an important way to raise funds. The characteristics of EPC project lead to more risks,and how to deal with financing risks confused the general contractor. Reference to the process of risk management,this paper proposes finance risk prevention measures on the basic of identification and evaluation of risk factors. The measures can provide reference for project financing decision.
