| 摘 要： | PPP模式已在我国得到广泛的关注,但其中的融资风险问题依然严峻。通过对国内外文献和案例的研究,从22篇主要文献中筛选出PPP项目17个关键融资风险要素,采用层次分析法对这些因素构建层次分析结构,以专家打分法为依据,根据专家对其进行两两比对评分,得到判断矩阵,进而计算出对应权重;结合项目打分表,对各个因素进行评分比较,通过以上方法,对北京地铁四号线和印度大博电厂两个具体案例进行PPP项目融资风险评级。

Financing Risk Analysis and Case Studies of PPP Infrastructure Project |

| Abstract: | PPP is widely drawn attention in Chinese mainland,but the financing risk problem remains serious. Through literature and case studies,17 financing risk key factors of PPP project were selected. And an analytic hierarchy was built. According to the pairwise alignment score given by experts’ judgment matrix,and then calculated the corresponding weight. Combined with the project scoring table,financing risk rating of some specific PPP project cases were presented. |
