我国智慧社区建设存在的问题及对策研究

在对国内外具有代表性的智慧社区建设状况进行总结的基础上,具体分析我国智慧社区建设在规划设计阶段、开发建设阶段以及运营维护阶段存在的问题,并提出通过统筹规划、加强信息通信基础设施建设、加大宣传推广力度、保障信息安全等措施实现智慧社区建设的健康、可持续发展。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Intelligent Community Construction in China

On the basis of summarizing the representative intelligent community construction at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of Chinese intelligent communities in the planning and design stage,construction stage and maintenance stage. Then,puts forward the relevant measures to realize the healthy and sustainable development of intelligent community construction,such as overall planning, strengthening the infrastructure construction of information communication,increasing publicity and promotion efforts,guaranteeing information security and so on.
