| 摘 要： | 充分利用代建人自身优势是获得合理项目控制权配置的有效途径。采用扎根理论,设计半结构性访谈内容并展开调研;提取能力、声誉、网络、职位、环境等5个代建人特征要素,构建特征要素对项目控制权配置影响的关系模型,并分析各要素的影响路径,为代建人强化自身竞争优势以争取项目控制权提供思路。

Study on the Influence of Construction-agent Characteristic on Allocation of Project Control Rights:Exploratory Analysis Based on Grounded Theory |

| Abstract: | The effective way for gaining more reasonable project control rights is making full use of the advantages of construction-agent. The paper designs semi-structured interview and carries it out with grounded theory. Then extracts the capability characteristic of reputation,network,job and environmental factors,builds the influencing model of characteristic on allocation of project control rights and analyzes the influencing path, providing the ideal for more projects control rights with their own advantages. |
