基于BIM的机电工程逻辑关系检索

机电工程的逻辑关系信息是建筑物运维管理中需要获取的重要信息。传统物业管理模式下,逻辑关系信息的主要来源为人员经验及二维图纸,信息调用效率低。为利用BIM提升信息调用速度,辅助机电工程运维管理,采用半结构性访谈法、个案研究法,针对物业管理人员的需求,通过对BIM软件的二次开发,在建筑物的竣工信息模型中建立机电系统内构件间的逻辑关系,实现3D模型下机电工程的可视化逻辑关系检索,提高建筑物运营阶段机电工程维护维修管理及应急管理的效率和质量。

BIM-Based Logic Retrieval of MEP Systems

The management of MEP systems is an important part of facility management in the large commercial and public buildings. Traditional facility management are normally based on the experience of property personnel and 2D drawings,which causes inefficiency in daily work. This work is based on the semi-structured interview and case study method,it focuses on setting up logic relationships among MEP objects in the BIM model,using a search add-in to accomplish logic retrieval in 3D environment. The ability of extracting and analyzing views from BIM,specific to various needs and users,will improve the accuracy and efficiency of daily maintenance and emergency repair.
