摘    要:随着BIM技术的推广普及,三维信息模型在建筑全生命周期中的应用渐成关注的热点。深入剖析BIM可视化建筑运维系统的应用前景,并系统地探讨其运行模式基本架构与主要功能。借助项目案例,以实现构件体块与参数信息之间的"剥离"和"链合"为核心技术,完整地展现从BIM竣工模型到可视化运维系统的实现技术路线,为智能化建筑运维管理系统的构建与应用提供可靠的依据。

Research on the Construction of Visual Building Operation and Maintenance System Based on BIM
Abstract:With the development and popularization of BIM technique,the application of 3D information model in the building life cycle is gradually becoming the focus. This paper deeply analyzes the application prospect of BIM visual building operation and maintenance system,meanwhile discusses the system’s operation structure and major function. Through a practical engineering case,uses the core technique of realizing“stripping” and“interlinkage” between component block and parameter information to show technique route from BIM completion model to the visual building operation and maintenance system completely. The research results provide a reliable basis for the construction and application of intelligent building management system.
