核电工程总承包下系统设备采购包采购管理优化研究

系统设备采购包是核电工程设备采购过程中典型的一类采购组包模式，该类采购包的采购管理工作涵盖了设计、采购、制造、安装和调试多个阶段。相对于其他设备采购包，系统设备采购包执行管理工作涉及的接口多、管理难度大。通过对系统设备采购包管理的特点和难点进行分析，结合以往项目执行过程的经验反馈，对系统设备采购包设计、设备制造和交付几个阶段的管理进行了探讨并提出了建议，为今后系统设备采购包设备的采购执行工作提供了指导意见。

The Optimize Research of the System Package Contract Management Under the NPP EPC Model

The system package is a special category of the nuclear power plant equipment procurement packages. The execution period of the contract includes multi-phases such as design，manufacture，installation and commissioning. A large number of interface need to be solved and many issues occur during the execution period in past nuclear power plants. In order to promote the management ability，this paper analyzes the characteristics and the difficulties of system package，and puts forward the improvement advices based on the former executive experience. This paper aims to provide guidance for the future contract management of the system package.
