施工成本是承包商选择建造项目时考虑的主要因素。以某住宅项目为例,按照施工成本的构成要素,详细计算预制装配式与传统现浇式的施工成本差异,发现预制构件及其安装费是装配式施工成本偏高的主导因素;以装配率量化预制构件的应用,基于多个装配式剪力墙结构体系住宅数据,利用软件拟合装配率与施工成本增幅之间的函数关系,为承包商尝试建筑产业化提供参考。

Quantitative Analysis of the Influence of Prefabrication on Construction Cost

The construction cost is the main factor for the contractor to choose a building project. With a sample of residential project,calculates the cost difference between prefabricated building and cast-in-place concrete according to the elements of construction cost,finding that prefabricated component and it’s installation fee is the dominant factor in high construction cost. Based on the data of assembled shear wall structured house and quantified the refabricated units by assembly rate,gives the relationship between the assembly rate and the increase of construction cost by a software,provides the reference for housing industrialization to the contractor.
