基于价值工程的建筑外遮阳综合评价模型研究——以成都大学某教学楼外遮阳设计为例

作为重要的建筑外立面构件,遮阳方式的选择应综合平衡功能、成本等多方面因素。以成都大学某教学楼外遮阳设计为例,针对水平、竖直、综合三种外遮阳方案,基于价值工程理论,建立评价指标体系并提出其量化方法,在此基础上,分别计算功能指数、成本指数和价值指数,据此选择最优方案,为建筑设计阶段决策提供参考。

Research on Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Building Exterior Shading Based on Value Engineering:Taking the Exterior Shading Design of a Teaching Building in Chengdu University as an Example

As an important component of building facade,the selection of shading method should balance function,cost and other factors. Taking the exterior shading design of a teaching building in Chengdu university as an example,with three exterior shading design named horizontal,vertical and comprehensive,the paper builds the evaluation index system based on value engineering. Then,determines the quantitative method,computes the function index,cost index and value index,and selects the best scheme,provides reference for decision in architectural design stage.
