发展预制装配化建筑的问题与对策

发展预制装配化建筑是改革工程建造方式,实现建筑业转型升级,保持持续健康发展的必由之路。回顾了我国推广预制装配化建筑的进展情况,从产业基础、关键技术、标准规范、政策落实、宣传引导、职业技能培训、承包方式、监管体系等8个方面剖析了目前我国预制装配化建筑发展存在的问题,有针对性地提出了发展预制装配化建筑的对策建议,对我国发展预制装配化建筑、推进建筑产业现代化具有借鉴价值。

Problems and Countermeasures on the Development of Prefabricated Assembly Building

Development of prefabricated assembly building is only way to reform construction methods,to achieve the transformation and upgrading,and to maintain sustained and healthy development of the construction industry. Based on review of the progress of China's promotion of prefabricated assembly building,existing problems of to develop prefabricated assembly buildings are analyzed from 8 aspects of industrial base,key technology,standards, policies,publicity and guidance,occupation skill training,contracting methods,and supervision system in China. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to develop prefabricated assembly building.
