旧城景观改造设计研究--以杭州馒头山社区为例

旧城作为城市记忆的载体，记录着城市的发展与变迁。然而，我国对于旧城的维系并非持续进行，其出现的公共设施物质性老化与景观风貌衰败的问题，已严重阻碍了城市的发展，在目前新型城镇化的宏观背景下，旧城改造的问题被提到了新的高度。本文以杭州馒头山社区为例，通过对该地区现状的实地调研与分析，挖掘其潜在的发展价值，并进行探索性设计的尝试。

Landscape Design Of Old City Reconstruction-- Case In Hangzhou Mantou Hill Community

As the carier for city memory, the old city records the development and changes of city. However, constant conservation of the old city has been deficient in our country, because of which the folowing problem of public facility vieilissement and deterioration of urban landscape have severely hindered the urban development. Under the present macro-background of new-type urbanization, the issue of reconstruction of old city has been uplifted to a brand-new altitude. Taking Mantou Hil community, Hangzhou for an instance, this article excavates potential development value of the old city as wel as atempts for exploratory design by surveying and analyzing curent regional situation.
