| 摘 要： | 水冷式空压机的冷却系统主要由中间冷却器、气缸壁水套及其它附件组成。在实际运行过程中冷却系统结垢，会导致空压机温度升高，效率下降，且除垢工作又是空压机维修中较为复杂的工作。做好空压机冷却系统的保洁工作，可保证空压机安全、高效运行。

| Abstract: | Running performances of air compressor and bad cooling water quality in LIUFENGGUAN mine results that cooling system's temperature is high and scaling easily. In view of above-mentioned status, the author expounded the requirements of cooling water quality of air compressor, scaling causes of cooling system, sorts and chemical properties of scale. The introduction centers on control principle and methods. |
