摘    要:互联电网的调峰调频问题与联络线调整密切相关。在攀峰过程中,如何防止互联电网支援产生对联络线的冲击以及如何解困自动发电控制(AGC)机组的闭锁问题是互联电网高峰有功调度的关键问题。就此问题建立了互联电网攀峰协调优化调度模型。在高峰起始时段通过源流路径电气剖分技术确定联络线送、受端电网中与联络线关联的机组集合,并通过对联络线送、受端电网中的其他NON-AGC机组调节余量检验,将NON-AGC机组分为调节余量匮乏和充裕机组集合。在攀峰过程中,优先部署联络线关联机组集合以维持联络线计划功率,同时,并行协调送、受端电网中NON-AGC机组与AGC机组、NON-AGC机组集合内部的调节余量匮乏与充裕机组,从而可实现各区域电网自筹攀峰与维持联络线计划功率的目的。算例分析表明了该模型的可行性。

Abstract:Close is the correlation between frequency regulation, peak load and tie-line regulation in the interconnected power system. In the process of peak climbing , how to prevent the impact of the interconnected power system support on the tie-line and solve the problem of AGC units lacking capacity is the key problem in the peak active dispatch. This paper builds a model for coordinating optimal dispatching of peak climbing for the interconnected power system. The units relating to tie-line can be procured by an electrical dissection algorithm in the sending and receiving network at the first peak climbing stage. Then the regulating capacities of NON-AGC units in the sending and receiving network are checked and NON-AGC units are divided into two unit groups, the regulating capacity short and regulating capacity abundant group. In the process of peak climbing, firstly, the units relating to tie-line is dispatched so as to maintain the scheduled power of tie-line. Then various units in the sending and receiving network are coordinated at the same time, including the NON-AGC units and AGC units, as well as the regulating capacity short and regulating capacity abundant unit groups. The case analysis demonstrates the feasibility of the model proposed.
