摘    要:综合自动化变电站备用电源自投装置,使用大量的二次电缆来完成逻辑,接线复杂,成本较高,维护及检修不方便。随着IEC61850标准的发布及应用,采用IEC61850标准面向通用对象的变电站事件(GOOSE)报文,保护装置之间的信息传递不再依赖二次电缆,采用GOOSE报文进行数据交换,大大降低二次电缆的使用量,在变电站取代常规硬接线备自投装置。基于订购者/发布者的通信模型,GOOSE可利用多播多以太网VLAN划分,适用于实时性要求高、可靠性高、接线方式复杂的电源自动投入及自动恢复功能的变电站。

Abstract:Secondary cable, which is frequently used in automatic switching device of spare power supply in integrated automat-ic substations, needs complicated wiring, high costs and inconvenient maintenance and overhaul. Since the declaration and applica-tion of IEC61850, information transmission among protective devices need not rely on secondary cable only;instead, it can be ac-complished by GOOSE message too, thus largely reducing the application of secondary cable. Based on the subscriber’s/publisher’s communication model, GOOSE can be applied to substations with demanding, highly-reliable and complicated-wiring power supply with automatic switching and automatic recovery functions.
