可编程控制器在注塑机中的应用

摘    要:通过对注塑机的注射成型的工艺分析以及液压系统分析,完成了注塑机的PLC控制系统设计,包括硬件和软件设计。可编程控制器(PLC)应用于注塑机中,用程序对其工作过程进行控制,不仅可使电气控制的可靠性大大提高,还提高了注塑工作效率;而且修改参数方便,增加系统柔性,更有利于提高注塑质量。

Abstract:This paper introduced application of PLC in inject plastics machine. By analyzing the process of SZ-250g inject plastics machine and the hydraulic system, PLC control system design is accomplished. PLC is used in the control of inject plastics machine,we can make the program to control the process. Not only induce the reliability of electrical control and the operating efficiency, but also modify data easily, induce the flexibility of the system, lift the quality of injecting.
