| 摘 要： | 有机化学是化学教育专业的一门重要的基础课，文章结合临沧师范高等专科学校的实际情况，对如何提高有机化学教学进行了讨论和分析，提出在有机化学教学过程中，应结合师范专科类化学教育的特点，采用多种教学方法并用，着重培养学生的学习方法和学习兴趣，强化自学能力，突出学生的主体地位，不断增强他们自我学习的意识；同时注重课堂上的师生互动；另外，应不断对教学内容，教学方法进行总结和反思，以提高有机化学的教学质量。

| Abstract: | How to improve the teaching effect was discussed in the process of teaching of organic chemistry in the chemical education of Lincang teacher＇s college. It was necessary that applying different teaching method according to the student＇s ability and interest,developing their learning method and interesting. At the same time, enstrong studengt＇s independent learning ability,positive attitude ,imporve teaching content and teaching method all time were also important for improving the teaching effect. |
