| 摘 要： | 随着我国地下空间开发利用的快速发展,地下空间的安全问题已占据越来越重要的地位。文章首先提出了地下空间在安全问题方面的一般特征,然后分析了各种地下设施的安全问题,按灾害成因列举国内外相应的实例,并总结了其安全问题的特点,提出了相应的防灾减灾管理对策。最后,在整体层面上,针对地下空间安全问题提出了八条管理对策。
