NMY341-114型封隔器的研制与试验

油田开发中后期,油水井井筒状况恶化,油井堵水和水井分注需要可靠性更高、寿命更长的封隔器,为此,研制了NMY341-114型封隔器。该封隔器采用最简化设计,只有15个刚体零件,结构简化也提高了可靠性,坐封动作简单合理;将胶筒压缩后的坐封回弹距离降低到最低程度,特别是解锁环设计使得封隔器解封动作可靠,且具备二次坐封能力;平衡活塞的过平衡设计有效消减了管柱蠕动带来的解封风险,偏高的坐封力提高了恶劣井况下胶筒的密封能力,同时肩部保护器延长了胶筒在大坐封力下的密封寿命。室内和现场试验结果表明,NMY341-114型封隔器具有性价比高,抗管柱蠕动能力强,密封有效期长,适用范围广等特点。

Research and Test of Model NMY341-114 Packer

The boreholes of oil and water wells become worse in the middle and later development stage.The water plugging in oil wells and separate injection in water wells require more reliable packers with a longer service life.Therefore,Model NMY341-114 packer was developed.The packer adopts the simplest design,with only 15 rigid parts.The structural simplification also improves the reliability.The setting movement is simple and reasonable.The distance of setting and springback after packer rubber compression is reduced to a minimum.In particular,the design of the unlocking ring makes the unsetting movement of the packer reliable,with the capacity of a second setting.The overbalance design which balances the piston effectively reduces the unsetting risk caused by string creeping.The slightly higher setting force improves the sealability of packer rubber in severe well conditions.Meanwhile,the shoulder protector lengthens the service life of the rubber in large setting force.The laboratory and field tests show that the packer is characterized by high performance-price ratio,strong capacity to resist string creeping,long period of validity of sealing and extensive application.
