摘    要:以XJ250修井机液压盘式刹车的液压控制系统为研究对象,通过分析液压盘式刹车的液压控制系统结构,建立了基于全局流量与液压缸活塞运动方程的数学模型;构建了液压控制系统的AMESim仿真模型,设置了模型参数及仿真参数。以典型的正弦曲线液压源信号及激励电磁阀信号变化仿真研究工作制动液压控制系统响应性能,以阶跃开关信号突然开启模拟分析紧急制动液压系统响应。得到了工作制动及紧急制动过程中液压控制系统主要阀口处液压动态响应曲线,仿真结果与实际运行情况相符。该仿真分析为修井机液压盘式刹车液压控制系统性能的改进与完善提供了参考。

Abstract:Taking as the object of study the hydraulic control system of the hydraulic disc brake on the XJ250 workover rig,the mathematical model on the basis of global flow and hydraulic cylinder piston motion equation was established by analyzing the structure of the control system.The AMESim simulation model for the hydraulic control system of the braking system was constructed and the model parameters and simulation parameters were set.The variation of the typical sine curve hydraulic source signal and excitation electromagnetic valve signal was used to carry out a simulation study of the response system of the operating brake hydraulic control system.The sudden opening of the step switch signal was used to conduct a simulation analysis of the urgency brake hydraulic system response.The hydraulic dynamic response curve of the main valve port of the hydraulic control system in the process of operating brake and urgency brake was derived.The simulation result is in agreement with the practical operation.The simulation analysis offers a reference for the improvement of the performance of the hydraulic control system of the workover rig disc brake.
